Professor Maxine Eichner

Maxine Eichner is the Graham Kenan Distinguished Professor of Law at UNC. She writes on issues at the intersection of law and political theory, focusing particularly on families, social welfare law and policy, gender, and the relationship among the family, the workplace, and market forces. In her service work, she advocates to protect the rights of parents unjustly accused of medical child abuse.
