Therapeutic approaches to EDS Types I and II and multi-omic approach to studying the cells of EDS type III

Dr. Brendan Lee and his team are studying approaches to treat various forms of EDS at the Pamela and David Ott Center for Hereditable Disorders of Connective Tissue in the  Department of Molecular and Human Genetics at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.  The team is working on therapeutic approaches to EDS Types I and II by studying the mouse models of these conditions.  In addition, Dr. Lee and his colleagues are taking a multi-omic approach to studying the cells of patients with EDS type III to identify potential pathways that are altered in this condition.
