She is a “founding mother” of the Integrative Medicine program and was instrumental in helping start the Pain and Palliative Care Program. Susan is married to the author David Mura and has three children. She has been caring for children with Ehlers-Danlos for several years, initially caring for those with bleeding issues as a result of their EDS. However, she has a child with joint hypermobility and POTS related symptoms, and has thus become very interested in this patient population.
