Two teenagers with genetic disorders are raising awareness of their conditions as part of an annual fundraising event.
Tirion Hughes, 17, from Ivybridge and Emily Wardhaugh, 14, from Plymouth are just two examples of children involved in children’s charity Genetic Disorders UK and their annual fundraising day, Jeans for Genes Day.
This year, Jeans for Genes Day is on September 23 and is inviting everyone to wear their jeans to work or school in return for a donation to the charity.
