A woman who struggles with a genetic condition which makes standing hard and can cause her to pass out has revealed her amazing carer – her Great Dane DOG.
Dara Katharina says that her beloved pooch is the world’s most caring dog and helps to keep her alive, by enabling her to stand, walk and even picking her up whenever she faints.
The 25-year-old has spent years dealing with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, with the disorder affecting her joints making it hard for her to even get out of bed.
The crippling physical symptoms include dislocating her joints on a daily basis and needing a wheelchair to get around, due to the connective tissue in her body struggling to hold her joints in place.
