I’m a Master’s-trained mental health professional in Florida working with people living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, chronic pain, and chronic illness and people who are still in that confusing in-between of “something is wrong, but I don’t have clear answers yet.”
A lot of my work is with people who feel worn down by symptoms that don’t fully make sense, repeated medical visits, or not feeling taken seriously in healthcare spaces. I pay attention to how all of that lands emotionally and in the nervous system, including medical trauma.
