What is EDS and HSD Awareness Month?
Every May, people all over the world show their support for people living with and affected by the Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS), and hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD). Our shared mission is important throughout the year, but May is a time we all come together, share experiences, and highlight what is needed to progress change.
Take part in the Acts of Awareness Challenge this May!
Help raise vital awareness, globally, by completing a challenge (or as many as you can) during the month of May. Every kilometer walked or rolled, every $/€/£ raised, every act of awareness helps us towards the goal of 150,000 global acts of awareness.
Read on for how to take part and how to earn limited-edition incentives!
