About these Clinics/Practices

Living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome or a related connective tissue disorder often means coping with much more than physical symptoms. Chronic pain, fatigue, unpredictable health, frequent medical appointments, and the invisible nature of illness can take an emotional toll. Many people also face anxiety, grief, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and the frustration of feeling misunderstood or dismissed.

With over 30 years of experience and graduate degrees in Art Therapy and Social Work, I specialize in helping adults navigate the emotional impact of chronic illness, including those living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and related connective tissue disorders. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your individual strengths, goals, and needs. Together, we’ll build practical coping strategies while creating space to process the challenges of living with a chronic condition. When words aren’t enough, art therapy can offer another path toward understanding, healing, self-expression, and resilience.

All sessions are offered virtually, making it easier to access support from the comfort and convenience of home during periods of pain, fatigue, symptom flares, or when travel feels difficult.
