Rise Above POTS is a virtual physical therapy practice focused on the treatment and management of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. As this is very often seen in individuals with EDS, we always take this into consideration when treating our patients! I have also spent 15+ years treating individuals with EDS and started the Boston-area EDS Special Interest Group. Although the physical therapy practice is primarily focused on POTS, we also incorporate specific exercises to help manage the symptoms of EDS.
