Christy is a compassionate massage therapist with specialized knowledge in working with clients who have hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS) and other comorbidities. As someone with hEDS herself, Christy has both clinical understanding and firsthand insight into the challenges of chronic pain, joint instability, and fatigue. Her approach is gentle, informed, and highly individualized, with a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and nervous system support.
