About these Clinics/Practices

I am a person with a chronic illness who has dedicated my life to support those with chronic illness. Having Multiple Sclerosis has naturally lead to a compassion for the experience of people with EDS as I am all too aware of the nature and burden of invisible disability. The relentless wanting answers, dismissal from providers, the flare up days and the good days all become an inevitable part of existing. As a mental health counselor, my goal is to support people in feeling empowered in how they navigate their health journey, including feeling like they have the tools to accept and respond to the daily experiences of being a person with a chronic condition. I also provide a space of nonjudgmental acceptance and comfort as we navigate together the daily challenges of chronic illness.

As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, I am uniquely equipped to help people with disabilities navigate employment and/or other versions of participation, inclusion and contribution. Disability access and equity are core to how I approach my practice.
