As a neurodivergent, hypermobile, solo practitioner, I offer results-oriented massage therapy at Spa de Joie, focusing on pain relief and deep nervous system relaxation. While welcoming all clients, my practice is highly accommodating for individuals navigating joint hypermobility and EDS. To prioritize joint stability and postural safety, I utilize slow, targeted myofascial and trigger point release and almost never implement stretching, range of motion, or traction unless specifically requested. The studio ensures a safe environment through sensory autonomy, low-pressure communication, and an advanced, fully adjustable table designed to cradle sensitive joints, alleviate pelvic and postural pressure, and prevent connective tissue strain.
