About these Clinics/Practices

I am a certified Pilates Teacher practicing for over 15 years. I personally have hEDS, MCAS, POTS and autoimmune disorders. I have completed the EDS ECHO Integral Movement Method course hosted by the Ehlers Danlos Society and Jeannie di Bon and numerous CE courses offered by EDS Society to stay on top of latest research and techniques.  I utilize modified Pilates exercises as well as other movement modalities with clients.  I work with a network of other practitioners with EDS expertise to better serve our clients.  I see clients in person in a quiet studio dedicated to private one-on-one sessions and virtually via Zoom.  I serve not only clients with EDS but also pre/post natal, pre/post surgery rehab, active aging clients focused on balance and safe movement for osteoporosis and athletes.
