About these Clinics/Practices

Specialist Physiotherapy for hEDS, HSD, and Persistent Pain

I’m a physiotherapist with a special interest in helping people living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD), and other persistent pain conditions. I offer a holistic, person-centred approach that takes into account the physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that can influence pain and recovery.

Because these conditions are often complex and varied, I offer longer appointment times to ensure you feel heard, understood, and supported. Each treatment plan is tailored to your individual needs — whether you’re seeking help with joint pain, fatigue, muscle deconditioning, or a sensitised nervous system (including overlapping conditions like fibromyalgia).

Support may include:

  • Activity pacing
  • Graded rehabilitation
  • Lifestyle strategies, such as managing sleep and stress
  • Accountability to work towards your goals and the things that are important to you
  • How to deal with flare-ups
  • Hands-on therapy as appropriate

Appointments are available in person, online, or via home visits in the Swindon area — whichever suits you best.

If you would like to find out more then do get in touch.

Nicola
