Sarah Sustaita, MS, LPC Associate, LPCC
About these Clinics/Practices
Hey there, I am Sarah (she/they), an LPC-Associate in Texas, and an LPCC in Colorado. I offer therapy that goes beyond symptom management, and towards meaning-making and intentional choice. My approach integrates body-based tools and meaning-oriented therapy for ages 16+ navigating chronic pain/illness, trauma, dissociation, and identity concerns. The work I do is informed by both clinical training and lived experience in many areas I work in, particularly with clients who have felt dismissed or misunderstood by medical systems.
Telehealth therapy across Texas and Colorado | In-person therapy in Frisco, TX.
Supervised by Bonnie Scott, LPC-S and Dr. Robyn Flores, LMFT-S, ACS.
***Note on Payment & Insurance: My private practice, Inner Archive Therapy, is private-pay. For clients wanting to use insurance, I work at Legacy Trails Therapy where I can take insurance under supervisory billing. We accept many, not all Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Optum, Meritain, Surest, UMR, Oscar, and United Healthcare plans. Just a heads up, we do not take BCBS-Anthem or Magellan.
