We have 2 locations- a stand alone location in Yelm, WA and second location within CrossFit Ingenuity in Tumwater, WA, USA. We are a small, out of network physical therapy and massage clinic. Dr. Tammi Stewart, our owner, is on the hypermobility spectrum herself and has a personal interest in helping other hypermobile patients live their best life. She treats the autonomic nervous system, does visceral mobilization, strain counterstrain, and targeted manual therapy as well as employing the Muldowny exercise protocol and other stability exercises as needed. Natasha Hennings, PT, DPT, OCS is a EDS informed pelvic floor specialist who treats male and female pelvic floor conditions as well as patients struggling with orthopedic issues. She uses manual therapy, targeted exercise, the Muldowney protocol, etc to help her patients return to normal function and movement.
