Susan Haskel
Board of Directors
Susan Haskel
I am based in the UK and have a vested interest in EDS as my daughter was diagnosed with the condition by Professor Rodney Grahame. Susan follows the EDS forum on Inspire and have attended a couple of conferences in the US. In addition, I am a trustee on a charity that supported the 2016 symposium held in New York.
My own background is in marketing. I have held directorships in organizations including Jones Lang LaSalle (UK Marketing Director), The Metro Group, part of WPP Group PLC (Group Marketing Director). I now work as a freelance consultant providing a range of services from strategic to tactical advice and support for individuals, commercial companies and charities. Separately, I am also working with other charities and individuals towards affecting public policy in the UK on children’s mental health and well-being in schools.
I am honored to be on The Ehlers-Danlos Society board of directors and am committed to seeing tangible progress being made in the understanding and treating of EDS and HSD.
I live in London with my husband and two daughters. My main hobby is making and selling 3D artworks.
