Ehlers Danlos Syndrome is poorly understood, that’s why you need a practitioner who is seasoned in the complexities and pain of living with EDS and other disabling conditions. As someone living with EDS, I’ve learned how important self-care is and how difficult it is to alleviate the chronic pain that comes with living rare. That’s why I created Hoelle Holistic Health and Spa.

My holistic wellness spa is focused on complimenting the medical care received for those living with chronic conditions by assisting managing chronic pain and dysautonomia, relaxing the nervous system, muscles and fascia, improving skin health, and bringing your mind, body and soul to a place of Zen.

In addition to the massage and skincare services I provide, I am a Master Herbalist that has crafted an herbal apothecary, hypermobility finger splints, and a list of physicians that are familiar with EDS from North, Central, to South Florida that I can personally recommend. All of this is curated specifically for those living rare, with disabilities, or chronic illnesses who feel stuck in the system and simply want relief.
